Photographic composition has become second nature. As an artist it is one of my most powerful tools for creativity. I have been a photographer since high school when I learned camera technique and dark room skills. Currently I am studying digital photography.
For darkroom photography I have a Pentax, 35mm, single lens reflex camera. I shoot black and white, 125 Plus-X-Pan film, and print with black and white glossy RC Arista paper. I always carry a 4-inch tri-pod with my camera and prefer dark places for half-second to second long exposures.
Digital photography is somewhat limiting in quality but convenience makes it very appealing. For digital photography I use a Casio EX-Z750. It is a compact 7.2 Mega Pixel camera with fully manual aperture and exposure settings.
